Fall Color Forecast: Burgundy
At the first hint of the seasons changing from summer to fall, I’m ready to toss my warm weather wardrobe in favor of cashmere, leather, and suede. Big sweaters, boots, coats, I’m ready.
Similarly, the bright, airy summer feel of a home can all of a sudden feel barren and cold. I start to fantasize about rich velvet draperies, silk covered walls, and cashmere blankets for days.
Fall’s fashion magazines are full of trend forecasts and must-have items and the color burgundy appears on many of the pages. This rich and luxurious color is the perfect embodiment of fall, so we pulled a few of our favorite fabrics and paired them with a sampling of beautiful fall fashion. Enjoy!
